Hi, I am Sahil Haripersad, 40 years old at the time of writing this, born & living in Durban, South Africa, I am a born South African Indian, I am a father, a husband, a son, a brother, work full time, but I feel very strongly about what I am about to share with you below…I have always loved the topic about health & gymming & all thats related to it…
We all were born with a purpose in life & many people go through their whole lives not knowing what this is, but I think I have found it, to help as many people as I can find out the truth & how to live healthy lives from all that I have learnt over the years…
Over 15 years ago I discovered the Truth about Cholesterol – I have always wanted to share this with you from then but I have never seemed to take action before – but all thats about to change – I hate being lied to, especially when it affects my health, but more so when it affects the people closest to me – family & friends – why must we suffer to make other people rich – why must we be ‘worried’ about what we eat when we do not know for sure what to eat because we do not know if its good for us or not…
Over 15 years ago my then family doctor received my general blood tests, & there it started – he was very worried about my cholesterol numbers, immediately gave me a prescription for a tablet that I would have to take for the rest of my life because this tablet was believed to lower my chances of getting a heart attack… Welcome Statin…
But, I am the kind of person to do my own thorough research on anything important that I feel strongly about, I want to make up my own mind…
And boy, what I learnt was absolutely mind blowing, I would have never thought in this day & age we as a general public could still be so gullable & let big corporations (ie, pharmacuelical companies) LIE TO US about everything with regards to Cholesterol…
My mind changed completely when I saw the interview with Dr Jonny Bowden & Dr Stephen Sinantra by Dr Oz on the Dr Oz show (link: Deleted, I cannot find this video currently )
This reminds me of A Great Thriller & Detective blockbuster movie, involving “The Illuminati” ie Pharmacuelical companies, running & controlling the whole health industry & lying to our face with all the questionable trials…
“Experts” Tell us this & that, they even brainwash our local doctors who either doesnt have enough time in their day to further research all that they have been taught because of their long long hours or simply just “Learns Once” – “Believes Forever” even if its outdated studies done years ago…
The fight against (The Bad) Cholesterol & fats & meats by (The good) Carbohydrates & Sugar & Vegetable Oils & Cereals etc had it all wrong, to profit an industry who think we as the general public have Mass Mentality & take things for granted & just will just believe them (well this is true for many of us…) Some of us want to know the truth, then we will make our own decisions about our health, This is why I created Cholesterol-Warriors – I couldn’t think of a Better Bigger Brighter name to call them to emphasize just how important they are for us
