Ashwagandha (botanical name: Withania Somnifera) is Sanskrit(Ancient language from India) for “Smell of a horse” which of course refers to the actual smell of it. Also known as Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry – also known as an adaptogen – generally derived from the Roots of the Ashwagandha plant

Recommended Dosage – 100 to 600mg per day depending on your size & requirements – take for a maximum of 2 months with a 1 month break or even 1 month On & 2 weeks off – whichever suits you better or as described on the leaflet of the bottle of Ashwagandha you purchase
